Rita Rooney

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Salesperson, Rita worked locally as an award-winning Customer Experience Manager and simultaneously established the North Fork’s first and most successful painting party business where she honed in on her marketing and advertising skills. Individuals from all over the country would travel to attend her classes.
Rita realized early in her real estate career that there’s a real art to selling. This art comes natural to her and she credits her success to her passion for people. Whether it’s a buyer or seller, one of the things she enjoys the most is establishing and fostering long lasting relationships with all her clients and is always looking for an opportunity to go above and beyond. She is trustworthy, dedicated, dependable, and knowledgeable. Additionally, her artistic eye doesn’t stop at the canvas, but continues with home staging, interior and landscape design.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. The picture Rita hopes to impress upon her clients is, she does more, because she cares more – and an example of that is, she joyfully paints a beautiful, original portrait of the house her client either bought or sold as a closing gift and as a token of gratitude for their business.
